Responsibilities

• Run decisive 15 to 30-minute Zoom screens—advance only “hell yes” candidates; reject the rest
• Hit 10 - 20 personalized outbound touches per open role per day via LinkedIn, email, and niche communities (≈40 - 50/day when 3 - 5 roles active) using a mix of tools
• First - screen every inbound applicant within 48 hours. Get to first-meeting with outbound sourced candidates within the first 5 days of initial outreach
• Maintain and iterate a values - based rubric; design AI - powered work - sample prompts
• Log all activity in Gusto ATS; deliver daily funnel snapshots (first 30 days) then weekly dashboards
• Propose or pilot AI recruiting tools as needed - spend requires ROI - justified approval
• Partner with hiring managers for calibration; escalate only edge cases
• Keep non-exec roles closed ≤ 45 days; senior/exec ≤ 60 days

• Demonstrated AI recruiting ops beyond ChatGPT (e.g., automated list building, GPT driven personalization, candidate ranking algorithms, agentic workflows)

• Data fluency: funnel analytics; basic Sheets/SQL a plus
