Summary
Skylink supports aircraft maintenance worldwide by delivering materials for commercial, regional, and military aircraft fleets. The Marketing Manager will own end-to-end B2B marketing distribution, building content, campaigns, lead funnels, sales collateral, paid advertising, and brand assets that generate qualified opportunities and pipeline. The role also collaborates with the CEO and People Operations Manager on executive communications and employer branding.
Responsibilities
- Own Skylink's marketing distribution from end to end. You are not a post scheduler. You are building a media operation — one that consistently puts Skylink in front of the right buyers, earns their attention, and converts that attention into pipeline. Every channel you touch should work together toward that outcome
- Build and manage our lead funnel. From lead magnet creation to landing page to email nurture sequence to qualified opportunity — you own the funnel architecture, the content inside it, and the conversion metrics that come out of it
- Drive lead conversion, not just lead generation. Generating leads is the starting line. You're accountable for what happens next — follow-up sequences, nurture content, and the handoff to sales with enough context to close. We measure you on opportunities created, not just contacts collected
- Produce and maintain sales collateral. Work with the sales team to keep our one-pagers, sales sheets, capability decks, and case studies current, on-brand, and actually useful in a real sales conversation
- Manage paid advertising and brand image. You own our paid ads — from creative to targeting to performance reporting. You also own how Skylink looks across every digital surface: social profiles, website visuals, branded graphics, and video assets. Brand image is a trust function, and you protect it
- Develop long-form and short-form written content across platforms (website, blog, email, LinkedIn, newsletters, landing pages)
- Transform CEO conversations, recordings, and internal insights into structured marketing narratives
- Adapt messaging across different channels while maintaining brand consistency
- Apply SEO fundamentals to web and blog content
- Review content performance and refine messaging accordingly
- Maintain and execute against a structured content calendar
- Edit short-form videos for professional B2B platforms
- Structure content with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and clarity
- Turn raw footage into platform-ready assets
- Ensure visual and tonal consistency across video output
- Optimize format based on platform standards
- Create branded graphics and visual assets for social media and digital use
- Design clean, professional visuals aligned with brand standards
- Produce supporting images for blog posts, campaigns, and announcements
- Maintain consistency in fonts, layout, and visual identity
- Capture thought leadership ideas and turn them into structured marketing content
- Maintain tone, clarity, and professional voice across executive communications
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand presence
- Develop employer branding content in collaboration with the People Operations Manager
- Support culture-focused campaigns and team storytelling
- Align employer messaging with overall brand positioning
