Summary
BuildingLink provides property-management software and related products for residential communities, including condos, co-ops, HOAs, and multifamily properties. The Growth Marketing Strategist will own revenue growth in the Greater NYC market through account-based marketing, customer expansion, new-logo acquisition, multi-channel campaigns, data analysis, and coordination with Sales and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Own the NYC growth plan: which accounts, segments, and products to prioritize, with multiple campaigns running throughout the year
- Grow existing customers by driving upsell and cross-sell of additional products and modules (such as KeyLink, TippingLink, and ManageHOA) and expanding single-building relationships into full management-company portfolios
- Win new logos through expansion plays with account-based programs aimed at priority buildings and management companies not yet on BuildingLink
- Build and run multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot, personalized by account, persona, and product. Utilizing AI and automations to turn it into an autonomous ABM marketing machine
- Use data to identify where to focus, test channels, offers, and messaging to understand what drives pipeline, and use those insights to forecast marketing impact for stakeholders
- Partner with Customer Success to spot expansion signals and coordinate timing, and with Sales on larger opportunities and handoffs
- Own attribution and reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue
Skills
- An advanced-level fluency in HubSpot is a requirement of this position
- 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing (ABM, demand generation, growth, or lifecycle), including owning a program, segment, or market on your own
- A track record of growing revenue inside existing accounts and generating new pipeline
- Hands-on HubSpot experience
- You build your own campaigns and are comfortable working in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Product data
- Analytical
- You set goals in pipeline and revenue, test what works, and can explain the results
- A clear communicator who can tailor a message to a board member, a property manager, or a management-company executive
- Strong knowledge of the Greater NYC market, market terminology, and the ability to build relationships with local property and management-company decision-makers
- Property management or PropTech experience is a strong plus
