Summary

The Senior Recruiter will support higher education campus food service recruiting by leading talent sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, staffing strategies, and candidate experience initiatives while partnering with hiring leaders and internal teams.
Responsibilities

Skills
- • Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- • Related Experience: 2 years
- Ideal candidates have food service recruiting experience, strong sourcing and talent pipelining capabilities, business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to consult and challenge hiring leaders
- • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or employment branding, with knowledge of sourcing strategies and talent trends
- • Project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast- paced setting
- • Creative thinking and visual communication abilities to craft engaging campaigns and materials
- • Sharp consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills to build trust and drive talent solutions
