Summary
Sollis Health provides on-demand, concierge medical membership with 24/7 access to medical teams, diagnostics, specialists, and care navigation. The Membership Sales Associate serves as a primary contact for prospective members, managing inbound inquiries, conducting discovery conversations, educating prospects, guiding enrollment, and coordinating with internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text
- Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services
- Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits
- Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings
- Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce
- Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets)
- Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience for new members
- Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and common objections to help improve sales processes and marketing materials
- Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all member-facing interactions
Skills
- * Bachelor's degree required
- * 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles
- * Experience responding to inbound leads, working toward goals, or supporting a sales process is preferred
- * Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided)
- * Comfort working a fixed weekly schedule that includes regular weekend and/or evening hours, including holidays as needed (see Schedule & Time Zone above)
- * Pacific Time working hours required – see Schedule & Time Zone above for the specific hours for this opening
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills
- * Comfort engaging prospective members via phone and email
- * High attention to responsiveness and follow-through
- * Natural empathy and customer-first mindset
- * Coachability and eagerness to learn consultative sales skills
- * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- * Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual performance goals
- * Interest in healthcare, hospitality, or premium service experiences
- * 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles. Quota carrying experience preferred
