Project Manager

Summary

Solventum develops healthcare solutions at the intersection of health, material, and data science to improve patient and professional outcomes. The Project Manager serves as the central point of contact for projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The role also involves project planning, risk management, performance tracking, client relationship management, and escalation of issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acting as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally. Coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of four (4) years of equivalent experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management
• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
• 5 years' experience in Project Management in Health Information
• Excellent client facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and outstanding follow through
• Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Knowledge of Solventum HIS products
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team members
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
