Summary
Sprintlaw is a fast-growing legal services company that uses technology, fixed-fee pricing, and streamlined processes to make legal services more accessible to startups and small businesses. The Legal Intake Advisor will convert inbound enquiries into clients, scope appropriate legal services, prepare briefs for the legal team, manage sales opportunities, and help develop Sprintlaw's US operations.
Responsibilities
- Responding to new customer enquiries by phone, email and text
- Speaking with founders and business owners to understand what they need
- Using your commercial and legal knowledge to identify and scope the appropriate legal services
- Explaining how Sprintlaw works and why our model is different from traditional legal services
- Preparing accurate and detailed briefs for our US legal team
- Following up with prospective clients and managing opportunities through the sales process
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Using effective sales strategies to convert qualified enquiries into paying clients
- Working closely with our legal team to ensure matters are scoped appropriately
- Helping us refine and improve the US customer journey as we grow

- The ability to explain technical or legal concepts in a simple, practical way
- Confidence thinking on your feet while recognising when something needs to be escalated
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and follow-ups
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership without needing constant supervision
- Comfort working with technology, CRMs and modern sales processes
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm about helping build something from the ground up
- Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the United States
- Candidates must be able to work remotely from within the US
- Experience in legal services, professional services, startups or B2B sales will be looked upon favourably
- A legal background is highly desirable, particularly if you understand the kinds of legal issues startups and small businesses encounter, but this is fundamentally a commercial and sales-focused role
