The Regional Field Marketing Coordinator will own regional field marketing strategy and execution across key Georgia and Florida markets, coordinating trade shows, sponsorships, B2B events, and in-market activations while collaborating with sales, marketing teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own your region – This is a true ownership role with real autonomy over strategy and execution in key Georgia/Florida markets
• This role requires travel within the East Coast territory to support events and in-market activations (~40% travel)

Skills

• You have 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or regional marketing
• You have hands-on experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events
• You're obsessed with details and have the organizational skills to prove it
• You work cross-functionally with ease – sales teams, marketing colleagues, and external vendors all love working with you
• You're comfortable being on-site and owning execution with confidence and professionalism
• You're excited about what Steno is building and want to help grow our regional footprint
