Job description

Summary

STI is looking for a Certified Epic Willow IP Analyst to support their EHR application content. The role involves leading projects, managing application content, and serving as a resource for team collaboration while maintaining necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR application content
  • Creates functional specification documents to create content within the EHR application and is primarily responsible for validating this content with the business owner
  • Ability to independently lead projects adhering to defined project management strategies and guidelines
  • Independently manages assigned projects and meets deadlines consistently
  • Is an application expert and serves as a resource for all team members as well as other application teams in identifying issues and resolution paths
  • Is able to effectively manage and navigate cross team collaboration across all IS teams when appropriate
  • Achieves and maintains required certifications (if applicable) of respective EHR application and stay current with new application functionality and enhancements
  • Acts as a liaison between IT, customers and/or vendors
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings including all relevant documentation with all operational areas using the software application
  • Prepares and maintains documentation, including analysis, design, programming, standard procedures and user guides
  • Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department and/or customer
  • Provides on call / after hours support as required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and all levels of leadership across all entities up to and including C Level interactions

Skills

  • Certified Epic Willow IP Analyst
  • At least 3+ years of experience
