Outbound Sales Representative

Summary

Swyft Filings is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to support Trademark Engine’s online trademark and copyright protection services. The role conducts outbound prospecting, identifies customer needs, follows up on leads, closes sales, supports customers, and meets monthly sales targets in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls to introduce Trademark Engine's services
• Identify customer needs and tailor our solutions to address those specific requirements
• Follow up on leads generated from various sources to move the sales process forward
• Effectively close sales with potential customers
• Assist customers via phone and email to address their questions and concerns
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
• Develop positive relationships with potential clients, aiming to create a positive customer experience and drive long-term partnerships

Skills

• * at least 2 years of Outbound Sales experience; In-bound Sales experience is a plus
• * at least 2 years in cold and warm sales experience
• * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
• * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• * The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work model
• * Direct industry experience is highly preferred
• * Experience in the business services industry is highly desirable
• * Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a nice to have but not required
