Summary
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are hiring an Application Support Engineer to support enterprise .NET-based automation applications. This role focuses on incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation support in a Windows and Azure environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot .NET automation applications
- Handle incidents and service requests using Remedy
- Perform daily health checks and system housekeeping
- Support applications running on Windows servers and Azure
- Write and maintain basic PowerShell, Java, and .NET scripts
- Work with database, network, and infrastructure teams during incidents
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures
Skills
