Summary

The role involves providing desktop support, handling hardware installation, and supporting the deployment of upgraded devices across assigned sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline desktop support for end users
- Perform PC imaging and reimaging for large‑scale rollout
- Handle hardware installation, replacement, and configuration
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Support deployment of upgraded devices across assigned sites
- Maintain accurate documentation and escalate issues as needed
Skills
- Experience with Windows imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, etc.)
- Solid understanding of PC hardware components
- Ability to follow structured support and troubleshooting procedures
- Prior experience in a hospital or doctor's office is a plus
Qualifications
