TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, seeking an L3 LTE - Data Center Technician to maintain data center operations. The role involves conducting diagnostics, providing technical support, and developing documentation to ensure service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain data center operations to ensure availability and reliability of service levels
- Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs
- Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures
- Training of internal teams
- Development of documentation
- Provide technical support to data center teams
- Development of scripts to update server and networking hardware
- Maintain inventory
- Assemble and install equipment
- Perform maintenance of test and tools equipment
- Occasional travel to other data centers as needed
