Summary

The Data Center Technician will be responsible for maintaining the hardware infrastructure of cloud computing server technologies and resolving issues with server and network hardware.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies
- Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis
- Demonstrate technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical information with a variety of individuals of varying technical knowledge
- Maintain good situational awareness
- Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Showcase demonstrated problem solving ability
Skills
- 1+ Year of Hardware Break/Fix Experience
- Previous hands-on server maintenance support, including performing hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of physical components to ensure optimal system performance and uptime
- Must be able to work on your feet for 12 hour days in a data center environment
- Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical information with a variety of individuals of varying technical knowledge
- Good situational awareness
- The capability to contribute to strong inter and intra-team development
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- REQUIRED 12-hour shifts - 3 Days/4 Days alternating weeks schedule
- Education and Certifications are nice-to-haves but not a requirement
Qualifications
Must Haves
- 1+ Year of Hardware Break/Fix Experience
- Previous hands-on server maintenance support, including performing hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of physical components to ensure optimal system performance and uptime
