Summary
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, seeking a Remote Network/NOC Technician to provide Level 2 operational support for their global network and telephony infrastructure. The technician will monitor and support various network components while collaborating with teams to resolve incidents and restore services efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 operational support for the organization’s global network and telephony infrastructure
- Monitor and support routers, switches, firewalls, WAN circuits, wireless infrastructure, and telephony platforms
- Work closely with Network Services, vendors, and other support teams to resolve incidents and restore service quickly
