Job description
Summary
The AME Group is a Managed IT Service Provider that empowers businesses through technology and supports innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. The ERP Implementation Specialist leads ERP deployments from planning and configuration through post-launch optimization, including process analysis, data migration, training, vendor collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP system implementation, configuration, and customization
- Analyze business processes and align them with ERP functionalities
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems
- Provide training and support to employees
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance
- Ensure post-implementation monitoring and continuous improvement
Skills
- Candidates must currently reside in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, Kansas, or Florida
- This role can be office based or remote/work from home
- Travel will be required for different implementation assignments
- Experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in IT , Business or a related field (preferred)
- A background in Finance or Accounting is a PLUS!
