Marketing Coordinator in Gainesville, FL

Summary

The Collier Companies is a growing company managing apartment communities and corporate initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing execution by coordinating projects and requests, creating and maintaining marketing materials and digital content, and organizing campaigns and events. The role collaborates with marketing, property, vendor, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while keeping deadlines and deliverables on track
• Support marketing tickets, requests, and projects from apartment communities and internal teams
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, asset libraries, and other organizational systems
• Coordinate follow-ups and communicate project status with internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative and project-management support to the marketing team
• Identify opportunities to improve property-level marketing execution and visibility
• Adapt existing creative assets for different communities, campaigns, platforms, and formats
• Help maintain organized, up-to-date marketing templates and brand assets
• Make routine website content updates and coordinate changes with internal and external partners as needed
• Assist with website content, SEO/GEO updates, property information, amenities, and other digital content
• Audit property websites and online listings for accuracy and consistency
• Help maintain accurate marketing information across third-party platforms and digital channels including software’s like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta, and more
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and special initiatives
• Assist with event planning, vendor research, collateral, logistics, and day-of marketing needs
• Coordinate marketing materials and assets needed for events and campaigns
• Help keep campaign timelines and deliverables organized

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, creative services, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in multi-family housing/rental industry and Entrata
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva and confidence creating polished marketing materials
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Familiarity with website content management and digital marketing platforms
• Ability to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly
• Comfortable working with both creative and administrative responsibilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger team
• A proactive mindset and willingness to jump-in wherever needed

Qualifications
