Salesforce Administration Associate

Summary

The Global FoodBanking Network (GFN) is looking for a Salesforce Administration Associate to help power our fundraising and donor engagement efforts through data, technology, and innovation. In this role, you'll optimize Salesforce to support various fundraising initiatives and ensure the integrity of donor data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for our Development team
• Optimize and enhance Salesforce to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and organizational decision-making
• Build dashboards, reports, and automations that drive strategy and improve performance
• Ensure the integrity of donor and fundraising data through strong data governance and quality management
• Partner across departments to streamline processes, support campaigns, and strengthen donor relationships
• Process gifts, support fundraising events, and help deliver an exceptional donor experience

Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong experience with reports, dashboards, Flows, user management, and CRM best practices
• A passion for data quality, continuous improvement, and problem-solving
• Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
• Experience supporting fundraising, donor stewardship, or nonprofit operations is a plus
