Job description

Summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an IT Technician to join their team of IT professionals. The role involves providing technical support for PC hardware and software, managing network devices, and assisting with various applications while also having opportunities to work on special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-house technical PC hardware and software support for Reynolds and Reynolds associates
  • Respond to user calls and tickets to support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain end user systems
  • Management of network devices, VoIP, Active Directory account and email administration
  • Support a variety of applications
  • Work on special projects in which you will get to research new technology and solve more complex problems

Skills

  • Must be able to identify colors necessary to terminate and inspect Cat 6 cables
  • Must be willing and able to sit at desk or be on your feet and walk for entire duration of shift
  • Requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, with occasional kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing
  • 2-year IT degree or equivalent experience; A+ Certification is a plus
  • Must have a flexible work schedule with ability to work evenings or weekends with travel as needed
  • Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
