Summary
Turnberry Solutions is a Salesforce consulting partner focused on strategic planning, implementation, rollout, and managed services. The Salesforce Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, create user stories and process maps, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Use various techniques to gather business needs from stakeholders, e.g. focus groups, observation, prototyping
- Ability to define and construct user stories in the proper format, outlining the work you need to complete to meet the overall business requirement
- Understanding and ability to create a variety of business process maps to engage end-users and validate business requirements
+ Examples include UPN (universal process notation), ERD (entity relationship diagrams), value stream maps, and SIPOC (supplier, inputs, process, outputs, and customers)
- Responsible for multiple types of documentation throughout the project lifecycle including, stakeholder analysis, current state analysis, gap analysis, user acceptance test plans, and many others
- Facilitate clear and concise stakeholder communication throughout the project
- Comfortable supporting and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure the right people are testing the right things
Skills
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2+ years of experience as a BA, Product Owner, or Salesforce Admin
- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements for Salesforce implementation projects
- Experience writing requirements in Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories
- Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to determine acceptable solutions
- Ability to balance stakeholder motivations and objectives throughout project meetings and in communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Previous experience implementing Salesforce solutions
- Healthcare experience very important, customer service project work next important
- Salesforce Certifications preferred
