Job description

Summary

U.S. Bank, through its subsidiary Elavon, provides payment solutions and merchant services to businesses. The Merchant Payment Services Market Manager develops business opportunities and drives sales among small businesses, building pipelines through prospecting and partnerships with banking colleagues. The role also executes sales strategies, reports progress, and maintains relationships with stakeholders and bank partners.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and manage a pipeline of opportunities with companies under $2.5M in revenue
  • Execute targeted merchant sales strategies and successful campaigns
  • Report on activity and progress toward objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners

Skills

  • · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • · 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
  • · Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • · Strong sales acumen and pipeline management
  • · Deep knowledge of payment processing and merchant services
  • · Experience with Salesforce and POS systems
  • · Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
  • · Proven track record of achievement, motivation, and integrity
  • · Multilingual is a plus!
