Account Coordinator

Summary

Whitestone is a fully remote global creative branding agency that designs, sources, and manages branded merchandise programs. The Account Coordinator supports Account Managers with sales activities, client service, branded product solutions, project administration, and the development of new and existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life!
• Supporting a dedicated Account Manager hit and exceeding sales targets
• Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new ideas and solutions we offer
• Following up regularly with leads and customers
• Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and current customers
• Documenting activities in company CRM
• Support Account Managers through a variety of sales activities including; building sales presentation, estimates, sales orders, fulfilling sample request, processing orders and following up on projects to list a few tasks
• Learning and developing a strong understanding of our supplier network, industry and market as a whole

Skills

• 1+ years of professional work experience required
• Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access
• Experience in the promotional products industry
