Summary
Wirestock provides creator-sourced, licensed data solutions for generative AI and delivers datasets used to train and improve AI models. The Creative Talent Recruiter will build and manage a global network of freelance creators, match them to projects, onboard them, maintain relationships, and support high-volume creative staffing operations.
Responsibilities
- Build, grow and manage a large network of freelance creators across disciplines: photo, video, illustration, game art, 3D, motion design and more
- Identify and connect with creators through platforms and niche creative communities
- Match creators to projects based on skill set, availability, and project brief requirements
- Onboard creators to projects quickly and smoothly, ensuring they understand deliverables and timelines
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with creators to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with project and content teams to understand briefs and translate them into the right creator profiles
- Keep the network growing, always finding new talent, especially across Latin America and other emerging creative markets
- Support people-ops tasks such as scheduling, onboarding, and other administrative duties as needed
Skills
- You have a genuine, existing network of freelance creators - designers, illustrators, video artists, game artists, 3D artists
- 3+ years of experience in a role that involved building or managing creative talent communities, this could be at a creative agency, talent marketplace, creator platform, or similar
- Experience working with freelance creator communities at scale
- Background managing large pools of contractors or freelancers in creative fields
- You understand creative disciplines deeply, you know the difference between a motion designer and a 3D generalist, and what each project needs
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working at high volume and fast pace, managing many creators and projects simultaneously
- Excellent English communication; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus
- While this role is listed as remote, we have an office in San Francisco and prefer a hybrid setup for candidates based in the area; relocation to San Francisco can also be considered
- Active presence in creative communities online and offline
- Existing network of creators in Latin America
- Background in creative production, art direction, or community management
