Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a Law Clerk to join its Finance, Bankruptcy and Restructuring team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The role supports practice operations, business development, transactional matters, legal research, communications, and professional development while requiring strong research, writing, analytical, and technology skills.

Responsibilities
