Summary
AlphaPoint is an infrastructure platform serving digital asset businesses, including exchanges, brokerages, banks, and fintechs. The Sales Development Representative will research and prospect target companies, qualify inbound and outbound leads, book and prepare meetings for Account Executives, nurture prospects, support campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting. Build and work target account lists that match AlphaPoint's ideal customer profile. Run personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn sequences to engage decision-makers
- Lead qualification. Qualify inbound leads (web, events, partner referrals) and outbound responses against defined criteria: fit, need, timing, and buying authority
- Meeting booking and handoff. Book qualified meetings for AEs and brief them on the account, contacts, pain points, and context before every call
- Nurture. Keep qualified-but-not-ready accounts warm with relevant follow-up until they are ready for a sales conversation
- Campaign and event support. Drive registrations and follow-up for AlphaPoint events and marketing campaigns and report on results
- CRM discipline. Log every activity in HubSpot, keep account and contact data clean, and report weekly on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline created
- Hit your numbers. Own monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated
Skills
- Location: Remote (US or LATAM)

- Digital asset market knowledge. A working understanding of the crypto and digital asset ecosystem: exchanges, brokers, custodians, tokenization, stablecoins, and the banks and fintechs entering the space. You can explain who buys infrastructure like ours and why
- 1–3 years of outbound prospecting or SDR/BDR experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or financial services, selling to enterprise buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication. Clear, concise outreach that earns replies from senior executives
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling; comfortable engaging C-level and senior management
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and sales engagement tools; disciplined about pipeline hygiene
- Self-directed and resilient. Comfortable with high activity volume, rejection, and a fast-changing market
- Experience selling white-label, SaaS, or infrastructure products to financial institutions
- Existing network in the digital asset or fintech space
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
- Additional languages (Spanish) given our LatAm client base
