Summary
American Credit Acceptance provides automotive lending services through dealer partnerships. The Market Manager will manage and expand dealer relationships, promote the company’s Point of Sale program, support loan documentation, identify application issues, and meet business growth goals across an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing client dealer relationships
- Develop/Execute a prospecting strategy to grow additional dealers to existing portfolio
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of ACA’s Point of Sale (POS) program
- Properly explain the loan documentation process for the dealer
- Maintain and present a professional image both via telephone and in-person
- Quickly identify negative trends or potential issues within the loan application process and know when to escalate
- Stay abreast of competitive intelligence, understand competitor program strength/weaknesses and effectiveness, and solicit client dealer feedback
- Remain flexible to adapt to changes quickly based on business/territory needs
- Perform other tasks as assigned

- • Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • 1+ years of sales and finance experience
- In most cases an in-home office must be maintained
- This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday through Friday
- This position will require regular travel throughout assigned territory. Must be able to make travel arrangements (via auto and air), be able to drive, and walk around the dealership if needed
