Market Manager - Milwaukee/Madison

Summary

American Credit Acceptance is seeking a Market Manager to develop and maintain profitable lending relationships with dealer partners. The role focuses on growing the dealer portfolio, demonstrating the value of the Point of Sale program, explaining loan documentation processes, monitoring territory performance, and meeting sales goals through regular travel and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing client dealer relationships
• Develop/Execute a prospecting strategy to grow additional dealers to existing portfolio
• Demonstrate the value and benefits of ACA’s Point of Sale (POS) program
• Properly explain the loan documentation process for the dealer
• Maintain and present a professional image both via telephone and in-person
• Quickly identify negative trends or potential issues within the loan application process and know when to escalate
• Stay abreast of competitive intelligence, understand competitor program strength/weaknesses and effectiveness, and solicit client dealer feedback
• Remain flexible to adapt to changes quickly based on business/territory needs
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
• Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years of sales and finance experience
• In most cases an in-home office must be maintained
• This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday through Friday
• This position will require regular travel throughout assigned territory
• Must be able to make travel arrangements (via auto and air), be able to drive, and walk around the dealership if needed
