Summary

They are seeking Engineering Program Management Interns to help craft upcoming products and services, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and external suppliers to drive project execution and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution
- Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities
- Ensuring tight team coordination and communication
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical issues
- Identify and resolving conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
- Lead alignment, development budgets, and engineering builds across multiple teams
- Working with cross functional teams to create a roadmap
Skills
- Pursuing a master's, MBA, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
- At the end of the internship, you must return to school to continue your education or the internship must be the last requirement for you to graduate
- Self-motivated, self-driven, and dedicated, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience handling complex, cross functional projects
- Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes; remain flexible and calm in times of uncertainty
- Understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any multi-functional tasks that are needed
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
- Prior internship(s) or full time experience, group or personal project exposure, teaching assistance, or work experience
