They are seeking Engineering Program Management Interns to work on crafting upcoming products and services that inspire millions of customers. Interns will lead cross-functional teams, set strategy, and execute project plans while ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution
  • Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities
  • Ensuring tight team coordination and communication
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical issues
  • Identify and resolving conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
  • Lead development budgets and engineering builds

Skills

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
  • At the end of the internship, you must return to school to continue your education or the internship must be the last requirement for you to graduate
  • Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Experience handling complex, cross functional projects
  • Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes; remain flexible and calm in times of uncertainty
  • Understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any multi-functional tasks that are needed
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure, teaching assistance or work experience

Qualifications
