Summary
Axon develops devices and cloud software focused on public safety and justice, including the Axon 911 platform. The Inside Sales Representative will drive growth in the U.S. public safety market by managing the full sales cycle, developing PSAP relationships, conducting outreach and product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and qualify prospects based on defined criteria to ensure strong product fit
- Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline and forecast within Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate value to a variety of stakeholders
- Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, develop campaigns, and optimize conversion throughout the funnel
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices to continuously sharpen your sales approach

- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, relationship-building, and hitting (or exceeding!) revenue targets
- This role is fully remote within the United States, with up to 50% travel for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events
