Summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking an A/R Representative to support its Central Business Office in a remote role requiring residency in Kentucky or Indiana. The role handles medical billing, claims follow-up and edits, cash posting, payer underpayment resolution, provider enrollment review, customer service, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Medical Group’s CBO Supervisors and Managers, the A/R Rep is responsible for CBOrelated duties such as billing, follow-up, claim edits, credits, provider enrollment review, and other billing-related projects, cash posting and payer underpayment resolution, customer service, and/or administrative functions

Skills

• High School / GED
• Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of Ambulatory/provider billing in a multi-specialty practice preferred
• 1+ years EPIC practice management experience preferred
