Summary
Belmont University is seeking a student employee to support GPS design communications and improve how services are presented to Belmont students. The intern will collaborate with office leaders on web pages, social media, content development, and other opportunities to strengthen student awareness and connection with professional staff.
Responsibilities
- Student will work with Director of GPS and other office leaders to examine opportunities to better present services to Belmont students
- University web pages - SSF web pages where appropriate and connections to other partner web pages (e.g., orientation, advising, academic support)
- Social media - review of past social media opportunities and development of a plan to enhance current presence that meets Belmont student needs
- Content development - work with professional and student staff on a plan to develop content that will be informational and meaningful to Belmont students and families
- Explore additional opportunities to better connect with and serve Belmont students
Skills
- Seeking degree in or previous experience related to Public Relations
- Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University
- Knowledge of Belmont student organization structure is helpful
