Summary
Blue Ridge Associates provides Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) administration services that help employees build financial security. The ESOP Administration Consultant manages the full cycle of client engagements, performs compliance testing and regulatory reporting, resolves technical plan issues, and collaborates with internal teams and clients to deliver effective plan administration.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end client engagements
- Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting
- Identifying and solving technical plan issues
- Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service
Skills
- · 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience
- · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
- · Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word
- · Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- · Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently
- · Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
- ·Must be able to provide and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a professional workspace, and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Working toward QKA or QPA certification
- Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)
