Job description
Summary
CGI is an IT and business consulting services firm. The Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead IT-driven business change, develop change management deliverables, support transformational change capabilities, and contribute to change workstreams across client business areas.
Responsibilities
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business ready standard
- Work with colleagues to build the Transformational Change capability
- Contribute to one or more change workstreams for IT Program and Project Managers
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of client's business
Skills
- • 3+ years Change Management experience
- • Knowledge of delivering technology led change and technology adoption
- • Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery
- • Understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery
- • Knowledge and skill in change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results across Change Strategy and Planning, Change Measurement, Risk and Quality Management, Business Acumen, and more
Qualifications
Must Haves
- • 3+ years Change Management experience
- • Knowledge of delivering technology led change and technology adoption
- • Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery
- • Understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery
- • Knowledge and skill in change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results across Change Strategy and Planning, Change Measurement, Risk and Quality Management, Business Acumen, and more
