Job description
Summary
Children's Dental FunZone! is seeking an experienced recruiter who understands the dental industry. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified dental professionals while coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Recruit dental professionals, including Dentists, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, and other dental staff
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Help ensure positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of dental professionals
Skills
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of dental positions and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time
- Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Experience recruiting for dental offices, DSOs, or multi-location dental groups
- Experience with high-volume recruitment
- Familiarity with dental terminology and common dental roles
Qualifications
Must Haves
