The Lead Generation Specialist will source and onboard dental workers, explain the platform’s value, support their first shift booking, and help fill urgent shifts in assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads and sourcing new dental workers through online platforms and job portals
• Clearly articulating the value proposition of the app to prospective dental workers
• Going deep with dental workers to uncover their needs, understand their challenges, and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
• Establishing credibility and rapport with dental workers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
• Being the go-to point of contact for dental workers who need help onboarding onto the app and booking their first shift
• Working hard to fill new and urgent shifts quickly in your assigned markets, which means working closely with both dental workers and dental offices
