Summary
Crawford Electric Supply provides electrical products and services to contractors and operates as part of the Sonepar group. The Freight Administrator is responsible for accurately capturing, validating, coding, and reconciling freight-related transactions, invoices, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring applicable freight charges are accurately captured and accounted for on customer sales orders
- Reviewing and validating freight-related transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Ensuring freight invoices are coded to the appropriate General Ledger accounts
- Overseeing daily review and resolution of the Eclipse Freight Audit Report, including tagged purchase order freight transactions
- Monitoring freight recovery reporting to ensure freight revenue and recoverable costs are appropriately captured each month
