Job description

Summary

CVS Health is building a more connected, convenient, and compassionate healthcare experience. The Senior Analyst supports the Compliance Center of Excellence Regulatory Reporting team by managing recurring regulatory reports, coordinating with business partners, validating data, and submitting accurate reports to state regulatory agencies on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned regulatory reports for one or more states or regulatory areas
  • Coordinate with business partners to gather required data and information
  • Communicate reporting requirements, formats, and deadlines to stakeholders
  • Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Submit reports to regulatory agencies through required channels, including SERFF, state portals, secure email, or other approved methods
  • Track reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and data providers to support regulatory compliance

Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare, insurance, legal, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • 2–5 years of experience managing projects, processes, or multiple competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and explain them clearly to others
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory functions involving interaction with regulatory agencies
  • 1–3 years of experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports
  • Healthcare insurance industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
