Job description

Summary

The Field Service Engineer provides exceptional customer service through communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical product management, and account relationship development while supporting customers in the greater Northwest United States.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage customer accounts, while building and fostering positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers
  • Propose process improvements that improve internal and external customer processes
  • Manage a diverse technical product portfolio

Skills

  • Associates degree with 2+ years of Field Service experience or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biology or related degree or equivalent military experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving and repair skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills utilized in a professional manner
  • Previous experience with a customer facing role
  • Previous experience managing a diverse product portfolio

Qualifications

Must Haves
