Inbound Sales Consultant

Summary

Deluxe is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant to support small business customers through inbound sales calls. The role identifies sales opportunities, cross-sells business supplies and services, manages a high volume of inquiries, and places accurate orders while meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls from small businesses. Identifies sales opportunities through consultative conversations and cross-sells additional business supplies. Provides a genuine and engaging customer experience while actively listening to uncover opportunities for stated and unstated needs. Expands sales opportunities beyond business essentials by leveraging additional products such as promotional items, print marketing, and other services
• Meets monthly performance metrics for revenue, customer experience, and time management
• Follows prescribed sales approach to increase average spend and highlight value of products and services offered
• Efficiently multi-tasks and navigates across multiple PC order systems while simultaneously communicating with customers
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Places high quality accurate orders for callers that represents a premium printing supplier
