Summary
Doximity is a clinical AI company with a large network of U.S. clinicians, focused on helping clinicians be more productive and provide better patient care. The Events Manager will plan and execute medical advisory summits, trade shows, corporate events, physician gatherings, virtual programs, and other experiences while managing event budgets, vendors, timelines, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution
- Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture
- Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products
- Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians
- Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs
Skills
- Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, ideally including executive gatherings, advisory boards, or summits
- Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders on track at once
- Confidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors, with a thoughtful approach to the attendee experience
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities
