Summary
Easy Street Brands is an early-stage, high-growth wellness brand seeking a Creative Strategist to help scale its performance creative strategy. The role involves translating customer insights and campaign results into concepts, briefs, testing roadmaps, and paid social creative, while coordinating production and using performance learnings to improve future campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own creative ideation and strategy for paid acquisition, with a primary focus on Meta
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and messaging grounded in customer needs, product benefits, and performance insights
- Write and manage clear creative briefs that give editors, designers, and creators actionable direction
- Partner closely with Growth and Media Buying to interpret results, identify winning patterns, and prioritize new tests
- Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap that balances new concepts with iterations of proven winners
- Coordinate timelines, feedback, and deliverables across editors, designers, and freelancers
- Research customer reviews, competitor ads, platform trends, and cultural moments to uncover relevant creative opportunities
- Give specific, constructive feedback that strengthens storytelling, clarity, and conversion potential
- Track creative performance and share learnings that inform future production and business decisions
- Maintain an organized creative tracker and testing log in Notion
- Help build repeatable workflows that improve production speed, quality, and accountability
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure wellness messaging is accurate and aligned with approved product claims and platform requirements

- Experience developing concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs for paid social
- Experience directing and giving actionable feedback to editors, designers, and other creatives
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and turn findings into clear creative decisions
- Strong visual and narrative storytelling skills across digital formats
- Comfort working across Creative, Growth, and Brand teams
- Proficiency in Figma, Notion, Slack, and asset organization or production tools
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience with wellness, supplement, or consumer health brands
- Experience developing UGC, creator-led ads, testimonials, and product education content
- Familiarity with advertising policies and claims considerations for wellness products
- Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation, scripting, and creative workflows
- Experience helping build a performance creative process for an early-stage brand
