Summary
EnSafe is an employee-owned environmental consulting and engineering firm. The Talent Acquisition Partner supports full-cycle recruiting across technical, professional, field, and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, managing recruiting operations, and using metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15–20 active requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, build recruiting strategies, conduct kickoff meetings, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
- Conduct recruiter phone screens, coordinate interviews, support structured and job-related selection processes, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and recurring hiring needs
- Prepare and coordinate offer details, support candidate closing conversations, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the hiring process
- Maintain timely, accurate candidate and requisition information in Greenhouse ATS/CRM
- Support recruiting operations, including job postings, reporting, process improvement, hiring-manager resources, and agency coordination
- Track and use recruiting metrics—including time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, pipeline health, and hiring-manager satisfaction—to continuously improve results
- Represent EnSafe’s culture, values, and employee-ownership mindset in every candidate interaction
Skills
- Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success proactively sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines—not simply managing applicants
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to build credibility with hiring managers at all levels
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent
- Excellent organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail
- Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, environmental, construction, field, or professional services talent is strongly preferred
- Greenhouse experience is preferred
