Clinical Applications Analyst I - Resolute

Summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst I to support and maintain electronic health record applications. The role analyzes, configures, implements, educates users on, and supports low- to mid-complexity projects and system updates while translating clinical user requirements into feasible application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of services and high level support for the analysis of low to mid complexity projects along with the support and maintenance of EHR applications that are affected
• Responsibilities include meeting with clinical end users to gather workflow requirements; analyzing, designing, configuring, educating, and supporting the implementation of those requirements; managing low to mid level projects for the implementation of new functionality and system updates; ensures application updates follow best practices and change control protocols; issues resolution and communication back to clinical end users
• This position must be highly responsive to customers and show an aptitude for the translation of customer requirements into feasible options within the application
• Duties also include successful development, implementation, and presentation of educational programs to end users using various educational techniques to ensure user competency
• Works under general supervision

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field of study
• Associates degree and 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
• 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
• Epic PB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified
• Epic HB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified

• Associates degree and 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
• 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
