Sales Development Representative

Summary

Eventbrite is disrupting a huge industry in need of a shakeup. The Sales Development Representative will serve as a first point of contact for sales efforts, generating demand, building a pipeline for Account Executives, developing client relationships, and identifying high-value business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the B2B Sales Function. Joining a fast-moving team and helping us scale a world-class sales organization to its next level, you'll focus on executing and optimizing our sales processes, managing client relationships, and dricing measureable results in enterprise sales
• Go after high-potential leads. Identify and cold-call on-target businesses to build a portfolio of respected, revenue-driving corporate clients
• Learn the industry inside and out. Understand the incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers of your industry so you can build profitable relationships
• Work closely with the product. Speak about it with clarity and confidence. Gather feedback from clients and share input to help shape future development
• Follow the data. Keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest-value opportunities
• Stand out at every touchpoint. Deliver outstanding service that builds trust with every client interaction
