Job description

Summary

Fiserv is a global fintech and payments company that connects financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. The Account Manager is responsible for delivering and maintaining products and services for an assigned enterprise client, managing operational relationships, understanding the client’s business, and supporting account plans, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account plan
  • Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit
  • Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities
  • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, incident response, process improvement, and develop/maintain standard operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management experience
  • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience
  • Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
