Account Manager - Industrial Automation

Summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager - Industrial Automation to qualify new accounts and nurture existing customer relationships within various markets. The role involves implementing sales strategies, identifying productivity opportunities, and collaborating with suppliers to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity
• Understand customer business needs and work closely with our supplier partners to help find solutions to meet those needs
• Give presentations on new products, answer questions on products and Company services
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budget

Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
• 3+ years experience preferred
• 4 year degree preferred
