Summary
Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join its remote team as Virtual Experience Coordinators. The role supports clients with vacation planning by researching travel options, coordinating services, organizing reservation and itinerary details, communicating updates, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, vacation interests, budget, and special requests
- Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources
- Help coordinate selected services and keep reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details organized
- Provide clients with timely updates, answer routine planning questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes when necessary
- Review details for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge
