Job description

Summary

Invicta Software is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting key business decisions and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements
  • Generate and analyze reports to support business insights and operational improvements
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with the development and improvement of data entry processes and tools
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as assigned by management

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with database systems
