Entry-Level Trademark Attorney (Remote, Nationwide)

Summary

JPG Legal is an online trademark law firm serving entrepreneurs and small businesses. The firm is seeking a fully remote Associate Attorney to conduct federal trademark clearance searches and filings, with additional work involving trademark applications, office action responses, renewals, and early-stage oppositions and cancellations.

Responsibilities

• Primarily to handle federal trademark clearance search and filing work
• Searches, applications, office action responses, renewals, and the early stages of oppositions and cancellations

Skills

• The associate must have a bar license in any U.S. state/territory or be no more than a month away from being sworn in, with a scheduled swearing in date
• Strong everyday writing skills
• A good attention to detail
• 0-2 Years of Experience
• Trademark experience
• Demonstrated interest in intellectual property law
• Proficiency or fluency in Spanish
• Fluency in any other widely spoken language
• An affinity for computers and technology
